We had an awful time my Son (wrongly) bit someones child we didnt see the incident and have no idea what went on. The mother of the child completely overreacted and bawled me out her mother wanted to hit me the staff didnt know how to handle the situation. What a horrible way to spend an afternoon! I aplogised and got a mouthful of abuse for my trouble, my advise is give the place a wide berth and go to a play centre in a nicer area with a better class of person!

Don't be put off by first review as our experience was completely different. Had a wonderful time with a group of friends in a clean, spacious and safe environment. Good choice of activities in addition to soft play and lots of friendly staff on hand to ensure that everyone was having fun.

I was a little put off by the above negative comments but am glad that I visited - a great place to go on a rainy Sunday morning, safe and fun for all ages it's about time we had something of this quality in Worcester - great if you want to relax whilst the children play but even better if you want to join in the fun too.

After visiting madhatters with my 3 children, aged 5,6,and 12,i was very angry, with the way i got treated and spoken to by the manager,my 12 year old boy didnt want to take part, which was fair enuf, but he went up stairs to help his 6 year old dissabled brother with a game while i put my youngest childs shoes on, to go up to them, next minute the manager came down to me and asked me and my children to leave,i felt very upset by this and felt i wasnt treated fairly at all-at the end of the day my eldest was only helping his disabled brother.FROM a very angry parent whom will not be taking there children there again.
