A GROUP of year seven pupils from a Worcester school have written their own myths and legends.
Children from the Bishop Perowne CE College studied the subject with their English teacher and librarian, who were so impressed with their work that they arranged for them to share it with year five pupils at the neighbouring St Barnabas Primary School.
Librarian Linda Bromyard said: “They each presented their work with great confidence and the younger pupils were captured by their stories.
“This was a wonderful opportunity to encourage reading, writing and listening especially as it was National Share a Story Month.
“Their teacher Mrs Gilchrist said she is very proud of all the students who developed many skills during this project.
“She would like to thank all the staff and pupils at St Barnabas.”
