WEDNESDAY, JULY 23

FLOWER POWER

Create a fun paper plate sun flower and buzzing bumble bee to stand in your window or hallway.

10.30am-12.30pm - for under 5's and their families.

There is also a family workshop from 1.30-3.30pm , where you can create a colourful bouquet of paper and fabric flowers and decorate a fun container for the display. Cost £4 child, £6 adult.

TUESDAY, JULY 29

AS MAD AS A HATTER!

Inspired by the museums collection of insects and butterflies, work with artist Nicky Dupays to create a mini-beast hat creation!

10.30-12.30pm - Workshop for 5-12 year olds

1.30-3.30pm - This workshop is designed for family groups.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6

Another Opportunity to work with Jon 'The Potter' Wiliams

Create your own creepy crawlies and beautiful butterflies from clay, you can also make your very own special vessel to contain them!

10.30am-12.30pm - Designed for under 5's and their families(older siblings welcome)

1.30-3.30pm - Workshop for 5-12 year olds

THURSDAY, AUGUST 14

Design and Make Your Own 'Wildlife' Costume

Expore the mini beast habitat and create your own to wear. You can include ladybirds, butterflies and blood sucking bugs

10.30-12noon - Workshop for 5-12 year olds

1.30-3pm - For family groups

TUESDAY, AUGUST 19

Litterbugs

Come and make large colourful insects and mini-beast sculptures using wire frameworks.

10.30am-12.30pm - For 5-12 year olds
