A MUSEUM in Worcestershire be keeping children entertained this half-term.
Worcestershire County Council's County Museum, in the grounds of the historic Hartlebury Castle, will host a series of fun events between Tuesday, February 17 and Friday, February 20.
Activities, which start at 10.30am each day and end at 4.30pm, include days celebrating Chinese new year, South American carnivals, national nestbox week and spring festivals of light.
Children, from age four, will have the chance to make hats, cards, sequin masks, feather headdresses, claywork and origami dragons. Adults are also encouraged to take part and have a go.
Lydia Heitzman, the county council's visitors services officer, said: "It's going to be four days packed with fun, exciting things to make and a chance to learn about how people from around the world celebrate."
Admission to the museum is £4 for adults and £2 for children/concessions. A family ticket, which includes entrance for two adults and two children, is £10.
For a day's activities there is an additional charge of £1 per child.
