There are plenty of fun days out to enjoy at Croome Park, now that school’s out for the summer.
The historic landscape and its wildlife have inspired a lively programme of family events taking place in July and August to banish boredom over the seven week break.
From now until 2 August young visitors and their families can follow the self-guided Archaeology Trail to discover Croome's archaeology and hunt for a mysterious archaeological feature. The trail costs £1 and includes a prize.
Tuesday, August 4 to Thursday August 6 - children can go Wild With Nature and have a go at bug hunting, craft activities and discover more about the huge variety of wildlife that makes its home in the park.
Normal admission charges will apply for all events. Croome Park, the canteen and shop will be open every day until 31 August, then Wednesdays to Sundays from 2 September.
For further event details or for more information on Croome Park please call 01905 371006 or visit the website at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/croomepark.
