Live life adventurously with an adrenaline fuelled day out at the Go Ape High Wire Forest Adventure course at Wyre Forest, near Kidderminster. England lags far behind the rest of Europe in the number of bank holidays we get. As this is the last one of the year it’s a great opportunity to get out and do something both challenging and memorable.

Go Ape is a fun day out with your friends, family or work colleagues. Before you embark on your Go Ape treetop adventure, you'll be fitted with a climbing harness and given instruction before trekking from tree to tree some 40ft high above the forest floor.

The Go Ape course is made up of five sections, each beginning with a climb up a rope ladder. Once in the canopy, you can weave your way through a variety of fun and challenging obstacles, such as the hugely popular Tarzan swing, the stirrups and the apple pickers ladder. An easier route is an option for the faint hearted. Each section ends with an exhilarating zip slide that takes you back down terra firma.
