Baked vanilla and ameretto peaches

  • 10 yellow peaches
  • vanilla pod seeds
  • 4 shots Ameretto
  • 100g sugar
  • 250g butter

Method

Rub tge vanilla pod seeds, Ameretto, sugar and butter together and then rub over the halved stoned peaches.

Put them into the oven on a tray and back 30 to 45 minutes. Save the juice that comes off the peaches and glaze them. Serve peaches with creme fraiche and one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
