A WORCESTER band will see their sound spread far and wide as they feature in a new cinema advert.
PRS for Music, the organisation which represents the rights of songwriters, composers and music publishers in the UK, has launched its first ever nationwide cinema advert featuring a performance from Worcester's own indie rock band, Peace.
The advert will play before all feature films in every Cineworld cinema across the UK and Northern Ireland for the next 12 months.
Peace, who started their career in Worcester before hitting critical acclaim with international headline tours and sold out gigs, including performances at Glastonbury, said it is "their pleasure" to star in the ad.
"We regard PRS for Music very highly. They are the force which connects ours and other songwriter’s music to the public at a whole host of venues. We’re happy to do anything we can to help.”
