WORCESTERSHIRE people with musical blues have the chance to try Moose Blood as the perfect remedy.

After all, Kerrang! can't be wrong, can it?

The best-selling rock weekly recently nominated Moose Blood for an award, and now the crowd at The Marrs Bar in Worcester can find out why, when the up and coming underground sensations plug in and play, on July 7, from 7.30pm.

The performance will be ahead of the release of their band's upcoming album 'Blush', which will be available worldwide on August 5, from Hopeless Records.

Their brand new single 'Honey' was premiered as 'Rockest Record' on the BBC Radio 1's Rock Show with Daniel P. Carter in April, ahead of the UK tour.

A spokesman said: "Formed in August 2012, Moose Blood, comprised of Eddy Brewerton (Vox/Guitars), Mark Osborne (guitars), Glenn Harvey (Drums) and Kyle Todd (Bass) hail from Canterbury, Kent.

"Blush is the band’s follow up to their highly successful debut album, "I’ll Keep You In Mind, From Time To Time", which was met with high praise from fans and critics alike. The album charted at 45 on the US Billboard Top Heatseekers' chart."

Moose Blood are nominated in the Best Underground Band category in the Alternative Press Awards.
