IT's time for a Taste of Latin with Sonrisa, at Ledbury's Market Theatre, to bring a little sunshine to a grey March evening.
As a band, Sonrisa is proud of a wide range of influences, and the members are promising "a musical journey from Spain to South
America".
A spokesman said: "Sonrisa are a West Midlands based Latin Jazz
band, influenced by a range of Latin styles such as Cuban Son, Tango, Bossa Nova, Samba and Rumba.
"Sonrisa evokes those hot summer Mediterranean nights with a
mix of sultry Latin rhythms and a blend of original songs over
traditional Latin grooves. Audiences are seduced by the quality of
musicianship and the band’s friendly rapport."
