IF it's been always on your mind that Neil Tennant of The Pet Shop Boys might just have a dead-ringer look-a-like, a gig in Worcester might just satisfy your curiosity, whether that's a good thing or not.

While the real 1980s synth legends are preparing for the Rock in Rio Festival, the Pet Shop Boys Tribute lads are set to head to the Huntingdon Hall, with a show that critics have called uncanny for its accuracy.

A spokesman said: "Let’s go back to 1981 when The Pet Shop Boys, were making their way into the pop world scene. They went on to be the most successful electronic pop duo in UK music history.

"Fast forward to 2017, and the iconic duo is still going strong. However, for those who can’t make it along to one of their Super Tour dates – never fear – Pet Shop Boys Tribute is here."

The spokesman added: "Pet Shop Boys Tribute has been a successful tribute band for the last six years. During this time they have taken in some amazing venues and played to packed out crowds. With an uncanny likeness to Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe, the boys deliver a blistering set featuring all of the hits. The show includes wonderful costumes and an imaginative set, plus a talented team including four highly skilled professional dancers who deliver the show’s energetic and authentic choreography."

The show will take place on Friday, May 26, from 7.30pm.
