AN artist who loves to capture the energy of dance as well as have fun with the complexities of buildings is displaying his work in Malvern Theatres.
Gloucestershire-based Keith Browning's current exhibition Dancing with Architecture will be at the theatres until December.
His early works were mainly in oils on large scale canvases, however, he has recently rediscovered his love for the simplicity of pen and ink and has developed a very confident and personal style working with abstract and stylized forms.
Mr Browning said: "My art is produced with energy, borne from a desire to capture my vision for the image and scene while it is still fresh in my head.
"I work at relentless pace, often at accelerating speed.
"This system maintains an artistic rhythm, which helps me maintain the atmosphere and spontaneity of the moment in a piece.
"I love to capture the energy of dance and have fun with the complexities of icon buildings.
"I find it exciting how I can travel around the world to seek out famous settings without leaving my studio."
