PHILOMUSICA will be holding a Christmas concert at St Mary’s Church, Kempsey on Saturday, December 13 starting at 4pm.

Conductor Linda Parsons said the concert will have an unusual theme.

“The programme is entitled A Wildlife Christmas and will include music and readings that explore the relationship between Christmas and all creatures great and small.

"There’ll also be lots of favourite Christmas music with opportunities for the audience to join in too, so it should be great fun.

"We’re delighted that the young singers from our own Philominor group will be taking part too.”

Linda Parsons conducts the Philomusica soloists and chorus and the accompanist will be Simon Bertram.

Tickets cost £8 (accompanied children under 16 free) and will be available on the door.

They can also be booked at tickets@philomusica.org.uk or by calling Lyn Rimell on 01905 820140.
