ARTISTS whose works has been inspired by Evesham's Abbey Bell Tower have the chance to exhibit their work.

To celebrate and support the Evesham Bell Tower Appeal, Evesham Arts Centre are hosting an exhibition of artwork inspired by Evesham’s Bell Tower.

In the nearly 500 years the Bell Tower has stood, it has inspired wedding cakes, teapots, The Vale of Evesham Camera Club and even the likes of JW Turner who did a study of the Church of St Lawrence through the arch of the Bell Tower in 1793.

The arts centre is looking for Bell Tower themed artwork, photographs or memorabilia ranging from original paintings, print work, drawings, photographs and ephemera.

Work will be displayed from the Sunday, March 8 to Sunday, April 26.

Anyone interested in submitting their work for display, should send photographs and details of the work to Kitty Kovacevic at exhibitions@eveshamartscentre.co.uk.

Artwork drop off dates are Sunday, February 22 between 10am and 12pm and Wednesday, February 25 from 7pm to 9pm.
