SABRINA Productions believes it is establishing itself as one of Worcestershire’s premier professional production companies.

The new company has already produced numerous live shows in the county including Cabareqsue! at The Swan Theatre, Tales of the Woo at the Guild Hall and most recently The Rhythm Club; as well as providing entertainment for numerous events including ‘Strictly Worcestershire’.

A spokesman said: "Due to its sell out debut last year, The Rhythm Club is back and better than ever. Showing at Number 8 Community Arts Centre in Pershore, this is not a show to be missed.

“The Rhythm Club...2 is a song and dance cabaret show, featuring some well loved tunes, a live band and some spectacular dance performances - a great night out for the whole family."

The spokesman added: "Sabrina Productions firmly believe in nurturing young talent in the county, and this show is no exception. With a core cast of professional dancers from London, other cast members have been scouted from across the county to join this innovative new company."

Company member, Katie Love said: "We are keen to bridge the gap between amateur and professional theatre here in Worcestershire. There is so much talent here - we want to nurture that talent and give outstanding young performers the professional platform they deserve."

Katie grew up in Worcester, and having found success on BBC1s “So You Think You Can Dance!” has returned home to help boost the Arts and local theatre in the area. Recently appointed a member of the Worcestershire Ambassadors, Katie is keen to promote the Arts in the county, and represent the artistic community in this new role.

“There is a huge community effort involved with this production,” she said.

“We have super talented local performers in the production, we will be fundraising at the shows for St Richards Hospice and Perdiswell Young Peoples Leisure Club which are both hugely important charities, and we even have the support of local builders thanks to Andy McMinn of McMinn Developments - who are offering there skills to build our set. It is a real team effort to produce some outstanding live theatre at one of the county’s hidden gems - Number 8."

The Rhythm Club...2 will run on Thursday July 23, Friday July 24 and Saturday July 25, at Number 8, Pershore, at 7.30pm all evenings.
