Halloween Horror at the drive-in being promised by the Artrix in Bromsgrove.

Horror movie fans will have something to sink their teeth into, when the venue hosts a drive-in screening of "Blade" on October 30.

A spokesman said: "Would-be vampires are invited to dress up for an immersive horror experience offering guaranteed goosebumps.

"Blade is a film in the Marvel comic franchise and stars Wesley Snipes as a half-mortal, half-vampire."

The film is will be shown as part of the Black Star season, which is a celebration of talented black actors on the big screen.

The spokesman added: "The event comes hot on the heels of Artrix’s hugely popular drive-in screenings of Grease in August for which families and groups dressed up in a variety of outfits and sang along in their cars."

Hannah Phillips Artrix’s director said: "We’re hugely excited about our Halloween event and hope that audiences will join us for an immersive vampire horror experience from the comfort of their own car."

Parking for Blade will be available from 6pm.

The film begins at 7.30 pm and the maximum number of people per car will be five.
