A RECENT production of the musical "Timeless" in Newent really turned back the clock, while playing to a packed house over three nights.
The show, about the life of Christ, came to St Mary’s Church in Newent earlier this month, but it wasn't the first time the musical had pleased a local audience.
Newent town councillor, Colin Thomas said: "The show was appreciated as much as it was 14 years ago when it was first performed thus enhancing the Timeless message of the musical 'Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever'."
Cllr Thomas said of the latest show: "Whilst still being an amateur production the quality of both the acting and technical performance brought out the best of this musical making it very enjoyable night each time."
