THERE will be "Hysteria" at Malvern's Festival Theatre, and Sigmund Freud will have something to do with it.
The show, "Hysteria", tells what happens when Freud, having fled Nazi-occupied Austria for Hampstead, is visited by the artist Salvador Dali and discovers a naked woman in his closet; as you do.
A spokesman said: "Intoxicating mayhem ensues.
"This is an acknowledged modern classic; Terry Johnson’s hilarious farce explores the fallout when two of the twentieth century’s most brilliant and original minds collide."
The spokesman added: "Terry Johnson is one of the UK’s most celebrated contemporary playwrights. His notable successes include Mrs Henderson Presents, Dead Funny, Insignificance and Cleo, Camping, Emmanuelle and Dick.
"Hysteria won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Comedy in 1994."
The dates for the diary are February 1 to February 4.
