AMERICA'S got talent, no doubt; but the The Courtyard in Hereford has the British ventriloquist and comedian, Paul Zerdin.

So there.

Zerdin, in fact was the 2015 winner of America's Got Talent, and he's returning to little ol' England in the autumn, for a new tour called "All Mouth".

A spokesman said: "Here's a chance to see Paul Zerdin’s hilarious, award-winning and redefining comedy and puppetry work at a theatre near you.

"Aided and abetted by his band of sharp-tongued sidekicks, the precocious Baby, cantankerous OAP Albert, cheeky pre-teen Sam, and this time two brand new characters.

"Last year was an extremely busy year for the acclaimed performer Zerdin, on both sides of the Atlantic. The comedian ended the year as part of a star-studded line up as Buttons in ‘Cinderella’, the London Palladium’s first pantomime in 30 years and a performance that saw high praise for Zerdin."

The spokesman added: "Following a spring UK and US tour, 2016 also saw Zerdin head to The Las Vegas Strip for a headline residency at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Zerdin is arguably the UK’s number one ventriloquist and made his TV debut in 1993 as the host of GMTV’s ‘Rise and Shine’.

"He then went on to win ITV’s The Big Big Talent Show, hosted by Jonathan Ross. Since then he has appeared on countless TV shows including The World Stands Up (Comedy Central), The Stand Up Show BBC!, Just for Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival, Comedy Rocks with Jason Manford (ITV1), Tonight at The London Palladium (ITV1), Michael McIntyre’s Big Christmas Show (BBC1) and three appearances at The Royal Variety Performance."

He will take a bow at the Hereford Courtyard on Friday October 13.
