Sergeant Sarah Kent

I have been employed by West Mercia Police since 1995 serving 7 years as a Police Officer and then moving into the role of Sergeant in 2001

I have worked in Worcester as a Patrol Constable and Sergeant and also spent some time as a Custody Sergeant. For eight years I was posted to Tenbury Wells where I was responsible for both Patrol Officers and the Safer Neighbourhood Team covering Tenbury and the Team Valley. In July 2013 I became a Safer Neighbourhood Sergeant in Wychavon where I have teams in both Pershore and Droitwich.

Police Community Support Officer Julie Pardoe

Julie joined West Mercia Police in November 2006 and worked on Evesham Rural North area for seven years. This area included the villages of Offenham, Cleeve Prior, The Littletons, Bretforton, Pebworth and Honeybourne. In September 2013, she was transferred to Pershore and is now part of the Safer Neighbourhood Team that covers Pershore Rural North and South. The area covers from the south east edge of Worcester down to the Gloucestershire border in the south and incorporates numerous villages including Whittington, The Flyfords, Peopleton, Drakes Broughton, Eckington, Bredon, Ashton under Hill, Sedgeberrow and surrounding areas.

Police Community Support Officer Jenny Humphries

I have been a PCSO for over 12 years, having applied at 18yrs straight from college after studying public services. I have worked in Worcester for the majority of my career however, I have spent the last couple of years working in my new position as a Safer School PCSO, covering Wychavon educational establishments. This involves delivering key safety messages in schools, after school activity associations and supporting SNT in the delivery of the young cadet programme.

My passion is in crime prevention, engaging with young people, specialising in the #becybersmart campaign.
