Amy's a record breaking rabbit

Annette Edwards and Amy the rabbit.

A RABBIT in Worcestershire has made it in to the Guinness Book of World Records for being the world's biggest bunny.

Three-year-old Amy, who is owned by Annette Edwards of Pershore Road, Stoulton, near Pershore, weighs three-and-a-half stone and is 4ft (1.2 metres) long.

Ms Edwards, a 56-year-old former Playboy model, recently returned from Somerset where she was filming a documentary about her life, to be aired in June on Channel 4.

The mother of ten plans to bring out a calendar of Amy in time for Christmas.

When asked about the secret of breeding a record breaking bunny, Ms Edwards said: "I think it must be the Worcestershire air. She is not over fed.

"I am very proud of Amy."
