INDIAN drummers, delicious food and live bands will help a Worcester restaurant raise money for charity.
Massalla Lounge, in Broad Street, Worcester, is hosting a fund-raising night in aid of the Worcestershire branch of the British Red Cross. Entitled Come Rain or Shine, the event will feature live music from Worcester band Strange Machine and Malvern group Mutmeista, as well as a charity raffle, a display of Indian drumming and dinner.
Organiser Rusal Khayyum said: "All the money raised will be spent locally.
"There will be good food, wine, and music from local bands. It will be a good night and we are hoping the Mayor of Worcester, Councillor Stephan Inman, will come."
Come Rain or Shine takes place on Tuesday, May 6, and tickets are £20.
