Shaun's a handy man to have around for Halloween

Worcester Warriors player Shaun Perry got into the Halloween spirit when he dropped into a children’s hospice for some spooky activities.

As Acorns’ recently appointed ambassador, the scrum-half visited the hospice to meet some of the children and staff and took part in a Halloween craft session including handprinting and pumpkin painting.

Sue Curry, Acorns’ head nurse, said: “The children enjoyed their visit from Shaun and had fun singing songs and getting messy with craft stuff. It’s great to see our ambassador getting involved.”

The children’s handprint paintings have also been incorporated into a Worcester Warriors limited edition rugby shirt. They are on sale now and will be worn by the players at the charity match against London Welsh on Friday, December 21.
