THREE generations of a Worcester family will be geared up as Father Christmas for a charity bike ride next month.

Jacki and Pete Ager, who have lived in the city for 35 years, will be taking part in the first St Richard’s Hospice Santa Cycle.

They will be joined by their daughter Laura and her husband Chris as well as grandchildren Jessica, 10, Charlie, eight, and Lauren, six, from Tewkesbury.

The keen cyclists will make their way around the 12-mile route at Top Barn Activity Centre, near Worcester, dressed as Father Christmas on Sunday, December 9.

Riders can cycle four, eight or 12 miles in laps around the four-mile course and each participant will receive a Father Christmas suit to keep.

People have until Wednesday, November 28, to register costing £10 per person and £5 for under-12s.

To register, log on to strichards.org.uk/santacycle, call 01905 763963 or e-mail appeals@strichards.org.uk.

Anyone wishing to sponsor the family should log on to justgiving.com/saundersagers.
