A WOMAN who died in a crash on the B4084 between Pershore and Evesham has been named.

Christine Guise was killed when the blue Toyota Yaris she was driving was involved in a collision with a black MAN lorry at around 10am on Tuesday, November 6.

The 64-year-old from Evesham was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

PC Lee Bluck, who is investigating the collision, said: "Our thoughts are with Mrs Guise's family and friends at this time and an investigation has been launched into exactly how the crash happened.

"The lorry was travelling towards Evesham when it collided with the Yaris near the junction of the turning for Cropthorne."
