Five years ago, mother of two, Pippa Adamson, recovered from 20 years of debilitating long-term exhaustion and fatigue in just a few days.

Her son, Callum, then aged 13, had recently been diagnosed with the same illness.

M.E., like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and post-viral fatigue, involves exhaustion, muscle fatigue and many other symptoms. Callum was able to attend school for only a couple of hours a day.

Pippa was registered disabled, receiving benefits, and was using a wheelchair some of the time. “My life was a constant struggle”, she said, “walking from one part of the house to another was painful and tiring.” She had been diagnosed in 1991after years of tiredenss.

As a last-ditch attempt to get them both well, they attended a 3-day Lightning Process seminar, and began to get better straight away.

“I don’t know what would have happened without the Lightning Process” said Callum, now 18, who now cycles to college every day, as well as playing basketball three times a week.

Pippa has since taken the professional training to be a Lighting Process practitioner, running courses in Bristol and Bath. This month sees her first Worcester course on November 29th to December 1st. Contact her by November 21st if you would like to know more about the Lighting process, which is used for making big changes with all sorts of chronic health issues. The next course wil be 24th-27th January.

"I can’t tell you how good it's been to get my life back”, she said, and I'd recommend it to anyone who feels stuck with their health and is ready for a change.

The Lightning Process is a three-day training programme run by registered practitioners and designed to teach individuals a new set of techniques for improving life and health. Austin Healey’s wife recovered from M.E. using the Lightning Process, as well as many other thousands of less well-known people around the world.
