A charity fashion show raised £3,500 for St Richard's Hospice. Models strutted their stuff at the Royal Oak in Broadwas last Wednesday and Thursday wearing autumn and winter collections from Acanthus in the Cornmarket, Stripes in Foregate Street and Bon Soir evening dress hire.
Other attractions included cocktails and canaps, a makeover by Diva hairdressers and beauty salon, and a raffleTrisha Cavell, fund-raising manager at St Richard's Hospice, which cares for patients with life-threatening illnessses, said: "It was a brilliant night - well-organised and well supported by everyone. It was a full house on both nights and everyone had a great time."
