THE West Worcestershire Constituency Labour Party has been reformed.
A Malvern branch of the party has already been active for about two years, putting forward candidates in local elections and it is now hoped that the same can be done across the constituency in preparation for the next general election.
The latest development was made following a meeting in Pershore.
Chairman Daniel Walton said the party wanted to use the support the Malvern branch has received to work with others throughout the constituency.
“We have been encouraged by the support we have received over the last two years,” he said.
“We now hope to join with people across the constituency to raise and address issues such as services, transport, jobs, the environment and the local economy.”
