SPECIAL DATE: Samantha Addison and Daniel Roberts tied the knot at noon yesterday, the 12th day of the 12th month of 2012, at the Whitehouse Hotel, Foregate Street, Worcester.
THE marriage of a couple in Worcester yesterday was a once-in-a-lifetime occasion for more than one reason.
Samantha Addison and Daniel Roberts tied the knot at the Whitehouse Hotel, Foregate Street, in front of 46 family and friends.
It was a fairytale occasion made all the more magical by the fact the couple said “I do” at noon on the 12th day of the 12th month of 2012.
The bride and groom, who live in Fernhill Heath, have a knack for picking special dates, after getting engaged on Christmas Day last year.
Miss Addison, aged 27, a senior carer at a residential home, said: “It was Daniel’s idea. He wanted it to be a day that no one else would have as it won’t happen again for another 100 years.”
