THANKS: Members of Worcester’s Bilford Court Social Club committee presented a cheque for £800 to Annie Newell, of Midlands Air Ambulance.
The money was raised during an event held in aid of the charity at Bilford Court, off Bilford Road.
Community warden Jan Clifford said: “The committee thanked all those who helped to make the day such a wonderful success and gave so generously.”
At the presentation to Annie Newell, of Midlands Air Ambulance, were June Challis, Lorraine Coombes, Rose Adams, Audrey Jones and Rita Grinnell.
