Severn Trent has resolved water problems in Upton

Burst valve leaves homes without water
THE water supply in Upton upon Severn has been repaired.
Large parts of Upton upon Severn had been without their water supply due to a burst valve.
The problem had affected areas including Gardens Walk, Greenfields Road and Backfields.
Upton upon Seven Primary School and Riverboats Children's Centre, Price's Lane, were both forced to close.
Severn Trent Water said: "We are happy to say we have repaired the water supply network.
"All of our customers should have a full water supply back to its normal quality."

The Severn Trent helpdesk said at 8am they had isolated the problem and the supply would be restored by 9am at the latest - which is what happened.
It's another example of the school not caring about students or their parents, one phone call this morning was all they needed to make to confirm there would have been no "health and safety" issue in opening today.
