FOUR men are to stand trial on a charge of fraudulent trading at a Worcestershire sports car firm.

Roger Hollingworth, aged 62, of Main Road, Ombersley, Mark Palmer, aged 26, of Waresley Park, Hartlebury, near Kidderminster, 50-year-old Steven Palmer, of the same address, and Adam Bunting, aged 38, of Greensforge Mill, Kingswinford all deny the same charge.

It alleges that between September 1, 2009, and July 2, 2010, they carried on the business of Midland Sports Cars, based in Easter Park, Kidderminster, with intent to defraud creditors.

A plea and case management hearing at Worcester Crown Court was adjourned until March 1. The trial is expected to last at least two weeks.
