RIVERS levels across Worcestershire have peaked this morning and look set to remain steady with a dry weekend ahead.
At 8am, the Environment Agency reported the river Severn at Kempsey, near Worcester, had reached 5.71 metres and was steady after a peak level of 5.81 metres occurred overnight on Friday.
While a steady peak of 4.52 metres at Callow End occured earlier this morning.
However, a flood warning remains in place for these areas.
The river Avon in Evesham was registered at 1.98 metres and falling after a peak level of 2.52 metres occurred at 6 am on Friday and a steady level of 2.69 metres was measured at Bredon.
There are currently no warnings in place for the river Teme and no further rainfall is forecast during the weekend.
