Concert club to host final performance of season

The Cavaleri String Quartet will perform in Droitwich.
DROITWICH Concert Club is set to host the final show of its 40th season.
The Cavaleri String Quartet will be welcomed to the town on Saturday, March 16.
They will be at Droitwich Methodist Church, Worcester Road, from 7.30pm and will end the season with one of Schubert's great masterpieces, the quartet in D minor - Death and the Maiden.
The Cavaleri String Quartet came together at the Royal College of Music, were appointed Junior Chamber Music Fellows there in 2010/2011, took the first prize of the Royal Overseas League Competition in 2011 and have since been winning excellent reviews for their performance skills.
Tickets, which cost £16 and £14 for concessions, are available by calling 01905 779736 or at the door on the night.
