FORMER pupils of Samuel Southall Secondary School and Bishop Perowne CE College in Worcester are invited to step back to their schooldays at a 50th anniversary open day on Thursday.
The event, which runs at the Merriman’s Hill Road site from 8.30am to noon and from 7pm to 9pm, offers potential pupils and their parents the chance to see the college at work and speak to staff and students within subject areas.
Headteacher Julie Farr, who will give an evening presentation alongside members of the student leadership team, said: “We’d love former pupils of both Bishop Perowne and Samuel Southall to return for an hour or so.
“They can see how much the school has changed over the years and look round our improved facilities, including the theatre and floodlit artificial turf pitch.”
