A MOTORCYCLIST was seriously injured in crash outside West Midlands Safari Park in Bewdley.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to Spring Grove, Seven Hills, at about 4.10pm yesterday.
A rapid response vehicle, an ambulance and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Crews arrived to find a motorcyclist who was injured following an RTC.
“The man, believed to be in his early 20’s, suffered serious shoulder and chest injuries. It is also believed he had been unconscious.
“He received emergency treatment at the scene and was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Major Trauma Unit for further emergency treatment.
“No other person was injured in the crash.”
