There was the same problem on Wednesday at Barbourne Health Centre, the reactions by the reception staff untill 9.15am was to have just one lady on reception while a queue waited patiently, and the back room staff seemed to carry on oblivious to what was happenning out front. I was there some months ago when there was a queue waiting and Doctor Sorrenson walked through the reception and immediately asked another receptionist to come onto the desk, and she seemed not happy to be asked , even by a doctor. So as said before some doctors receptionists do have air of superiority about themselves, forgetting that the patients are the very reason they have a job. .
