Firefighters battle hard shoulder blaze
FIREFIGHTERS had to battle a blaze in a car on the hard shoulder of the M5 last night.
Two crews, from Worcester and Malvern, were called to the incident at around 11.15pm on the M5 southbound between junctions 5 and 6.
When the two teams arrived the car was well alight and they used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to put out the fire.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was also in attendance.
