MOTORISTS were left reeling yesterday morning when they discovered catalyctic converters had been stole from their vehicles after a spate of overnight thefts in Upton.
Four seperate thefts took place Wednesday, December 11, night through to Thursday, December 12, morning.
A West Mercia Police Spokesperson confirmed they had received four reports of the thefts Thursday morning but no arrests have been made as of yet.
A Toyota Hilux, parked on William Tennant Way, a Citroen Picasso parked overnight on Cherry Orchard, a second Citroen Picasso parked at Queen’s Mead and a Citroen van parked overnight in The Talbot car park all had the converters stolen from them.
West Mercia Police are asking anyone with information to call 101.
