HOMES in Northwick and Claines are without water this morning caused by two burst water pipes on Ombersley Road.
Severn Trent water said it hoped to fix the issue by this morning after customers in the area were experiencing a loss of supply or low water pressure.
A spokesman said: "We understand that customers in the WR3 area of Worcester may have no water supply or poor pressure this morning.
"This is because two separate water pipes have burst in the area.
"We’re really sorry and hope this isn't causing too much trouble - we know how difficult it is to have no water supply.
"We're doing everything we can to get things back to normal as quickly as possible."
Engineers and repair teams are currently working in Ombersley Road outside The Co-operative at the junction with Northwick Road where temporary traffic lights are currently in operation.
Crews are also working at the junction with Barbourne Road and Droitwich Road.
"Our engineers and repair teams are in the area now, working hard to repair the bursts.
"We also have teams working to bring water in from other areas via our network of pipes."
Severn Trent said it aimed to restore supplies within six hours.
