FIRE crews had to rescue a woman from the river wye in Herefordshire this morning.
Four engines from Worcester, Ross, Hereford and Fownhope were sent to the river at Hampton Bishop, at around 3.27am.
Elsewhere, a man had to be released from a ditch along Priory Farm Lane, in Inkberrow at 4.24am, with a crew from Redditch being sent to it.
