HEREFORD Cathedral has been put well and truly on the map during a TV quiz show.
Daily Mail reporter and Herefordshire resident Quentin Letts chose the historic place of worship as his specialist subject on Celebrity Mastermind.
The political sketch writer, who is also a supporter of the Hereford-based children's charity the Little Princess Trust, went on to win the BBC show.
He saw off competition from fellow celebrities including singer Newton Faulkner.
The cathedral is famed for its chained library and holding the world-famous Mappa Mundi.
