A MAN has appeared in court to deny breaching his anti-social behaviour after allegedly being 'abusive and insulting' to an ambulance technician.
Eric Fairhurst, aged 59, of Orchid Court, Malvern, denied the breach when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Monday. The alleged offence happened on December 15 last year and the abuse was said by the prosecution to have been directed at ambulance technician Kevin Baker. The trial is scheduled to take place at Worcester Magistrates Court on May 22. Fairhurst was granted unconditional bail until the next hearing.
