A MAN has denied three charges including going equipped for theft, possession of cannabis and driving without insurance.
Damien Lobban appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Monday after he was stopped on the A38 at Droitwich on August 30 last year. The 33-year-old of Ebony Walk, Nottingham, denied going equipped (a lock picking tool and wires were alleged to have been found in the car), possession of £10 of cannabis resin and using a car without third party insurance. The case was adjourned until the next hearing at the same court on June 19. He answers conditional bail not to enter Worcestershire save for legal appointments or to attend court.
