WORCESTER'S MP will hand out free copies of an energy saving guide tomorrow (Friday) as part of a campaign to help people save money.
Robin Walker agreed to join volunteers from the Citizen's Advice Bureau outside the city's Asda as part of Big Energy Saving week, a campaign which has been offering practical advice on how to save money by checking, switching and insulating their homes.
Mr Walker said: "I encourage everyone to see what they could do to reduce their bills and make sure they aren’t paying more than they need to."
The advice includes tips on how to save money by checking bills, talking to suppliers, making sure they are on the cheapest tariffs and insulating lofts and walls.
More information is available at bigenergysavingweek.org.uk or from local CABs.
