A MEN’S Breitling Navitimer watch worth £6,770 was one of several valuable items stolen when a house in Beckford, near Tewkesbury, was broken into last week.

The house in Cheltenham Road was broken into between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Thursday, January 23.

Other items stolen included a Weihrauch HW75 air pistol in a green case worth £200, six bottles of Hugo Boss aftershave worth £250, a silver t-bar bracelet engraved with the initials RB and LW along with “ALWAYS” engraved on the back worth £50 and £200 cash.

A Kit Heath leaf style ring and pendant, a silver ring with onyx and mother of pearl alternating squares on top, a snake bracelet, a curb bracelet, a filigree style bracelet, a silver daisy-shaped CZ ring and CZ heart necklace with a 16 inch chain were also stolen along with a silver curb chain with a silver oval-shaped pendant and another silver chain with a pendant of three interlocking hoops.

The damage to the door also cost about £100 to repair.

A spokesman from West Mercia Police said it would be very difficult for the thieves to sell the Breitling watch as each one is individually numbered.
