Previous flooding on Pitchcroft
RISING river levels following last night's heavy rainfall have resulted in the closure of some car parks in Worcester.
Worcester City Council says the Severn Terrace entrance to Pitchcroft car park is closed, close to Ostler's restaurant due to rising water.
The Swan Theatre exit is open with parking available 150 metres away at The Moors.
The cattle market car park for The Hive has barriers up at The Butts entrance although the Croft Road entrance will remain open.
The nearby Croft Road car park, meanwhile, has flooding in the middle but the rest is fine.
Motorists are being urged to move their cars if they're parked in the middle of the car park.
