THE Malvern Mumpreneurs have just celebrated their first birthday with a champagne reception, and with a following of over 100 enterprising and inspirational mothers, they look set for another fantastic year!.
Launched by Anne Matthew, director of Housekeepers of Malvern, the group brings together mums of all ages who are planning or running their own businesses.
The group's monthly meetings give members the chance to share the highs and lows of running a business alongside raising a family.
Presentations or discussions over the past year have included tips from a L'Oreal senior stylist, image consultations, accounting advice, and lessons on how to use new media.
There's also the added bonus of tea, coffee and cake for those who haven't had time to snatch a bite before settling the children to bed.
Monthly meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month (excluding July, August and December), at 7.30pm at the Wyche Innovation Centre, Walwyn Road, Upper Colwall.
