IT could be puppy love for a pair of tiny Yorkshire Terrier hoping to find a lifelong home for Valentine's Day.

Staff at Dogs Trust Evesham are hoping best buddies Cindy, aged fou,r and Pepe, aged seven, can find a loving owner after they were handed into the centre together.

The person who had been looking after them became too ill to care for them.

However, the devoted duo only have eyes for each other and are now looking for an owner who can whisk them away to loving home together.

Shauna Stedman, Dogs Trust Evesham supporter relations officer, said: “Cindy and Pepe are lovely little dogs who like to lap up lots of fuss and cuddles.

"They are used to being the apple of their owner’s eye and love to be centre of attention so would need to live in a home without any other pets.

“These sweet little buddies are the best of friends and adore spending time together.

"They are lovely dogs who would make excellent companions in the right home.

"We’re hoping someone can give them the loving home they truly deserve this Valentine’s Day.”
