YOUNGSTERS at Inkberrow First School put on a great show for audiences when they performed the Snow Queen this week.
Pupils from throughout the school took part in the play, which was based on the Hans Christian Anderson fairytale.
The story sees the cruel snow queen snatch Kay but Gerda sets out to rescue him.
There were three performances of the sold out show and headteacher Heather Thomson said she was "really proud of the performance.
A governor at the school was also delighted with what she saw.
She said: "What amazed me was the strength of teamwork throughout the whole school right from the commitment of all the staff involved, the focus and determination of the children to the parents and carers hard work getting the costumes put together. I really think the school can be extremely proud of what it has achieved together."
